- execution of a formal sale agreement and payment schedule;
- verification of approvals, title and legal due diligence;
- clearing of payments to Company’s designated bank accounts only.

5. Approvals, Compliance & Deliverables
Where projects are advertised as DTCP / HMDA / RERA (or other) approved it means the layout or project has received relevant approvals — the specific approval document will be made available on request and will form a part of the legal agreement.
We strive to adhere to all regulatory and environmental standards. Delays caused by statutory approvals, force majeure events or third-party interventions may affect delivery timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
